Downstairs are the living room with open fire, two settees, a dining table with four chairs, hi-fi with CD player, radio and audio tape player/recorder, television with video recorder and DVD player. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs toilet with wash basin.
Upstairs are two bedrooms - one has a kingsize double bed the other has two standard size single beds. The bathroom has a fullsize bath with shower over, a WC and washbasin.
A baby's travel cot is available, as is a child's booster seat in place of a high chair.
All bedding (duvets) is provided, together with towels and drying up cloths. The beds are made up ready for use.

Whenby is a hamlet set at the foot of the Howardian Hills about 12 miles North of York There is no pub or shop in the village but two pubs and a shop with post office are available in nearby Sheriff Hutton (3 miles)
