Picture No 1 The Cottage from the parking area. There is ample space to park three or more cars if

  necessary.

Pictures No 2 & 3 The living room has an open fire (we do not supply logs for this) two settees, a large dining table
  and four dining chairs. If more people wish to sit at the table there is extra space on the window
  seat. There is a television set with DVD player video recorder/player and a separate Hi-Fi system
  with tape player, CD player and radio.  There is a booster seat for tiny children.

Picture No 4 The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and
  dishwasher.

Pictures No 5 & 6 The double bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables plus another small
  cabinet. There are two large drawers under the bed.  Bedding is in the form of a duvet.

Picture No 7 The twin bedroom has two 3ft single beds, a hanging cupboard and shelving enclosed by
  curtaining.  Bedding here is also in the form of duvets. We supply a travel cot if needed.

Picture No 8 In the garden is a summerhouse with its own tiny kitchen with sink and hot and cold water supply.
  There is an electric kettle but otherwise no cooking facilities although there is a BBQ just outside.
  A limited amount of cutlery and crockery is kept here. Four reclining garden chairs,other
  camping chairs and two small  tables are provided. There is a shopping basket kept in the
  cottage specially to carry things down to the summerhouse - it is surprising how it is possible to
  carry a full jug of milk in this without spilling a drop! Try it!

Pictures 9 to 11 The field below the garden usually contains sheep with baby lambs in the spring. In the distance
  are the Howardian Hills - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
